Why us?

 This Class is appropriate for boys and girls between the age of 8 to 11

Class meet Tuesday and Thursday at 5 pm and on Saturday at 10 am.


IT GETS YOU FIT
You’ll gain strength from exercising in a group and feel motivated to work harder each time. This means getting the results you want – fast. Combining martial arts, sports conditioning, resistance band and weight training, these classes will help keep you fit, healthy and mentally invigorated. So you’re set to tackle everyday life.


IT'S ALL YOURS
This class is created for youth and teens. We show you some moves, It’s a judgment free zone where you can relieve stress, express yourself, and leave feeling strong and energized.

Exercise & Fitness

 The best exercise routine consists of three components: aerobics, strength training and flexibility/ stretching. 


  1. Aerobics: aerobic exercises quicken your heart rate and breathing, and are good for your heart
  2. Rowing, basketball, lacrosse, hockey, soccer, swimming, running, dancing, tennis, biking
  3. Strength training: strengthening your muscles allow you to be able to increase your endurance. Also, muscle burns fat better, so the more muscle you have, the more calories you can burn.
  4. Pull-ups, push-ups, rowing, running, squats, crunches, biking, any type of weight lifting
  5. Flexibility: A flexible person has a lower chance of getting sprains and strained muscles
  6. Dance, ballet, martial arts, yoga, Pilates, gymnastics

Why youth need excercise

  1. Exercise produces brain chemicals called endorphins that make people feel happy
  2. Exercise helps people sleep better (just don’t work out right before you want to sleep!)
  3. It keeps your body at a healthy weight
  4. Lowers your risk for certain diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure
  5. Keeps your bones strong – so no osteoporosis when you are older!
  6. Helps you lose weight and feel great.
