Athlete Acceleration Program

 This intense scientific training program enhances athleticism for athletes of all ages and sports by focusing on speed, agility, explosiveness and overall strength. Through the use of the unique Fitlight training system that focuses on visual and cognitive training. The Athlete Acceleration system has trained many Professional athletes, College athletes, Youth and children.  

Classes are: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm.

Taekwondo Program

A Martial Arts school for children and adults.  We have a full schedule of classes during the week and on Saturday. Our students range from beginners to advanced competitors.  we hold an elite training class, which consists of advanced competitors training to become national or internationally ranked athletes. 

Classes are: Monday, Wednesday 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:15 am.

Adult Fitness Program

We offer fitness training focused on interval training, strength training, and conditioning. Whether you want that extra push that comes by being in a group setting like our Kick Fit classes, or you’d prefer a more personalized experience like being with one of our highly trained personal trainers, we have what you are looking for.

Classes are Monday, Wednesday 5:45 pm and Saturday 8:30 am.


Youth/Teen Fitness Program

You’ll gain strength from exercising in a group and feel motivated to work harder each time. This means getting the results you want – fast. Combining martial arts, sports conditioning, resistance band and weight training, these classes will help keep you fit, healthy and mentally invigorated. So you’re set to tackle everyday life. 

 Classes are: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm. 


Fitlight Training

We believe that fitness applies to both the capabilities of your body and your brain's ability to harness those capabilities using them to their full potential. We train the body through intense physical exercise specified for the needs of each athlete based on their sport(s) as well as the brain through unique cognitive drills to improve speed, agility, coordination, balance and focus.

Peak Performance Taekwondo

Provides the opportunity to qualify for membership on the prestigious Peak Performance program.

By visiting our advanced classes, you will see some of the best nationally-ranked adult and junior athletes in action.  We offer one of best programs in the country for those who are interested in competing and making the national team.

Classes are Monday, Wednesday 6:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am.

Coach: Tom Chea

 OWNER, FOUNDER, AND DIRECTOR OF PEAK PERFORMANCE TRAINING CENTER

TOM CHEA, Owner and Director of Training, is one of the top sports performance coaches in the country. He started his sports performance career as a Sports Taekwondo Coach, then branch out to strength and conditioning program. His role expanded to the speed, strength and agility development for all sports program.  Tom Chea has work with numerous athletes in all sports including Boston Bruins, Providence Bruins, Bryant University D1 Soccer team,  Wakeforest Baseball, Hendriken Football, Hendriken Hockey, Lasalle women hockey, Pilgrim high school basketball and lacrosse team.  Tom Chea received Coach of the year by USA Taekwondo.  His expertise of the revolutionary Fitlight System, has brought him athletes from around the country to his facility to train and prepare them for the Olympic Games.
