We offer fitness training built around interval work, strength training, and conditioning. If you want the energy and extra push of a group environment, our Kick Fit classes are a great fit. If you prefer something more personalized, you can train one-on-one with one of our highly trained personal trainers. Every session can be scaled— we adjust the intensity and difficulty of drills and lifts to match your current level. We also track data throughout your training so you can see your improvement over time.
Kick Fit is perfect if you like to learn while you burn—it’s more than just kickboxing. It’s a total-body workout that builds muscular endurance and cardio, tones your arms, legs, and back, and hits your core hard with every punch, kick, and strike. A one-hour session can burn 450–800+ calories depending on intensity and fitness level, and it’s especially effective for tightening the waistline. Kick Fit also trains you to respond mentally and physically with speed and accuracy, building confidence, self-awareness, and quick reflexes—plus practical self-defense skills you’ll hopefully never need, but will be glad you have.
