Lacrosse is fast, physical, and nonstop. Players need a quick first step, sharp change of direction, strong hands, and the conditioning to sprint, cut, and battle through contact—then make clean plays under pressure.


At Peak Performance Training Center, we combine lacrosse-specific strength + conditioning with FitLight reaction training to improve:


  • First-step quickness + acceleration
     
  • Agility, dodging, and change of direction
     
  • Hand‑eye coordination + reaction time for catches, passes, and ground balls
     
  • Strength, stamina, and focus late in the game
