FITLIGHT REACTION TRAINING

Train reaction time, decision-making, and coordination — at game speed.

 FitLight is one part of our system — we combine it with speed, strength, and change-of-direction training so it actually transfers. 

What FitLight trains

FitLight uses wireless light targets you react to with your hands, feet, or sport-specific movements. We use it to train: 


  • Faster reactions under pressure
     
  • Better coordination and body control
     
  • Sharper decision-making when you’re tired
     
  • Measurable progress (time, accuracy, consistency)

Why FitLight works here


Most athletes train strength and speed in predictable drills. Games aren’t predictable. That’s why we combine Athlete Acceleration (speed, agility, strength, power) with FitLight reaction training — so athletes don’t just move fast… they process faster and execute faster.


 

How we blend it

  • Build the engine: strength + power
     
  • Build the movement: speed mechanics + change of direction
     
  • Add the game-speed layer: FitLight reaction + decision-making
     
  • Track it: time, accuracy, consistency, and progression over time
